we know 100% sure that faster run walk from str glitched items, and from charms, won't be displayed on other clients (dead reckoning will use wrong velocity = desync movement)
I'm like 90% sure that other things, like faster cast rate, hit recovery, block rate, will also desync like this, which is little known.

So if ALL your gear is str glitched, you'll appear to cast with 0% fcr, but you're really casting at 99%. Sometimes, this will cause desync between client & server, and you'll see some people "double cast", because on your client a fake projectile is created when they are done casting, and the server sends you the *correct* information about the projectile. When your shield is strength glitched, there is no blocking animation at all on the client. Dunno what kinda effects FHR/FBR would have. But in general, what I'm seeing is that fully str glitched characters will desync a whole lot more

come to think of it, buddy of mine had inventory full of 3/20/5frw's and the desynch was unimaginably retarded. I thought he had a telly zon =/.

yep, frw from charms will ALWAYS desync, its especially important on LLD
FRW/FCR/etc from str glitched items is a big deal too. Its why smart people use high strength enigmas sometimes, depending on setup. If your enigma is strength glitched, you get 45% desync frw
I'd love to see exactly what the effects of FCR/FHR are. I know FBR is pretty silly since you'll go no animation on str glitched shields at all anyway

IMO, anything that prevents your opponents from accurately telling what you are up to, is an advantage to you. So always strength glitch when possible

No, I posted the stats of a finished shaman in page 1. I don't have a godly shaman with 45 lifers or anything. I used to, years ago. Right now I've got a budget shaman with 0 life from charms, crappy pelt, etc.
My one right now has such pitifully low stats that its really not worth mentioning.

here we are:

This is an example of my budget druid; he has all the *standard* gear, except the only pelt I could get was +2 druid, +3 volcano, +2 HoW.
Fissure/geddon damage suffers because I lose 6 points leveling up to it, and no facets. Besides the crap life due to crap charms, this can show you an important lesson about shamans:

The pelt is what makes or breaks a shaman.

Thats a mediocre at best helm, and look at how terrible my damages are in comparison to what a good shaman gets, with the only difference in damage being the pelt, and thats it.
3600 vs 4800 fissure
5600 vs 7500 geddon
7200 vs 8300 grizzly

Thats the difference the pelt alone makes. Mind, I'd have much higher fissure I was 99 instead of 92, but thats getting a bit ridiculous.
