About 8k AR is fine for PvM, the more the better, but don't sacrifise other important things for reaching much more...

With Fana sLvl 20/23/27 you need only 60/58/56 IAS to achieve Maxspeed.

Atma's AD triggers pretty often with 5%, and it it does, it has a very high damageoutput, even higher than a Death Ettin Axe or a Grief PB with Decrepify
I never tried this setup though... ask Ancalagon.

I built that character with 3/4 of the gear suggestions, and without the ridiculous base vita and other equally silly suggestions. The only really good part of that guide is the gear suggestion for a 100 CB / 100 DS setup, which works wonders in normal PvM. I am in love with the character I must add, too.

Wish I could have said the same about his Hammerdin guide... Epic fail that is.

And also here, there is more than just a good 100% DS/CB Setup (<-- 9x% DS with WTs is better anyway)...
