Then why do you insist on beating them? It's not like BvCs don't say "no" if a BvB asks for a duel.
Because I have more fun playing kicksin knowing I can at the least stand up against all classes?
My experience first learning kicksin was mainly in a east nl public game setting, and I got somewhat fed up with that the average players reaction when I pk'd their sorc/zon/druid/sin/necro was to say "brb noob" and bring in a hdin, smiter or barb. So I chose to instead learn to duel against them instead of leaving the game or getting another character every time someone thought its a good idea to be a dick to me. Taking a step back and looking at this as sin vs pally/barb, I took into consideration how other classes would do.
-Trapper is good vs both as long as there is no over sorbing, kick/trap hybrid could be used to pk barbs in gm but basically playing a w/s trapper.
-wwsin is good counter to pallies in gm if you have a strong build, but will not win vs barbs.
-bowsin can be used to counter both but requires the opponent does not town, this is the only choice that does not require a kicksin to hybridize their skill/equipment layout.
And quite honestly I had a lot of success with it. dweb pierced almost all barbs I ran across on bnet, including many of the clan tagged ones. I remember cleaning out barb duel games with multiple bvas chasing after me at once. Well resist stacked barbs do provide a much harder duel and I used fleshripper vs them, but Im fairly comfortable dueling against barbs with kick/bow at this point, its been years since Ive played in bnet pub games, Ive been dueling a lot against various clan members and then moved on to d2pk and have really stepped up my game with what kind of opponents Im dueling.
I dont mind kick/bow vs barb at all at this point, the duels take a bit longer than using my w/s trapper but its a pretty fun matchup. Im certainly not going to decline a duel if someone asks me for barb vs kicksin because I know I can take them down.

Of course, the purpose of videos is to show how to do it. This much is common sense, since it's always easier to get it once you see it yourself.
However, you should also show videos of how you play against some top-notch barbs. After all, it would make a good comparison, don't you think?
Yeah perhaps youre right maybe I should have more vids, I just didnt have too many at hand for kick vs barb, however many players who dueled trev do not consider him bad, he has been in ghost and friggen, two top notch clans. The duels shown were not him at his best but its what I had recorded, even good barbs falter to massive stun, it trips them up and makes it seem like they arent playing as well as they should be. Keep that in mind.
Here is some old footage from east on me vs Jord:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZw-MOM1LZsHere is some pov of Jord smashing me on a bad day for me:
http://s236.photobucket.com/albums/ff33/JordanMG06/?action=view¤t=FunDuelsVsTheZaichiek.flvI dont win all duels bow vs bvc, actually with Jord its kinda different than other barbs because me and him dueled so much. Win some lose some always the way its been between me and him.
In general, no matter how good a bvc has been, Ive always been able to duel against them. On east it was really rare I met a barb that knew what he was doing and as I said before.. by far most duels vs barbs Ive had on bnet were easier than whats shown vs Trev. Even well played barbs like Jord as you see from the d2pk footage have lost sets of duels at one point or another to me. (and not talking about the bnet footage, talking about many duels Ive had since then vs jord on d2pk)
It's a pretty fun matchup bow/stun/kick vs bvc. If I just declined to duel barbs like bvcs decline to duel bvbs, I'd lose out on the fun I could be having, right?
Let me know if you ever get on d2pk, I wanna see what you're capable of. Maybe make a new vid for ya.
