you can get 9fpa traps without using helm for ias, with wsm bugging you can easily stack ias, and ias on fools/highlords it can be done on standard equip as well.
but if you have a setup where you don't reach 9fpa and using a 15ias jewel will give you that breakpoint.. duh.. use it.

Well i need that aditional ias somewhere. Just checking if 15 jool could be an option instead of highlords.

highlords is used for the ds%, the 20ias on it is just a bonus.
but yes you can use an ias jewel to reach bp if you dont wanna use highlords for some reason. obviously you want 9fpa traps.

remember why we dual ber our helm? now think of what happens if u dont ber it and put in the 15ias instead

May I know is this a good replacement for Shadow Hide for west players? From what I see, most of the stats are the same except, mine lacks lots of mana compare to yours..
