not havin ability to tele doesnt mean i cant hit anything
if u aint goin to come to som1 i guess it means he is gonna come to u ? except some range atacks

just gimme example what i cant hit ^^

nec sorc hammer sin (foh)

you cant hit anything with ranged attack and tele
barbs can just whirl away, if you try to shift they can just widow, doesnt do much damage but it still does something, not to mention they can tap with it
smiters just tank you

nec yup decent ones r almost imposible to touch , only way is to put max Frw and dodge from Bs and try to rabbie him , Sorc has to come to u also if she wants to get a hit , fb shots r ez to avoid when u practice some running u just have to wait for her bad tele than shift fury or rabbies when possible , hammer - tele ones will tele stopm u ofc right ?^ so u just walk that distance so it wont hit u right away with hammer and shift fury doh? foh ^^ summons ?^^ when he gets close just rabies and he is dead , i dont even consider foh a threat

good barbs with plr r almost imposible to do w/o it they just get banged , smite= summon around u all the time when he charges at u , make it that way so he will hit summon , rabbies him and walk away, though it isnt that ez , we talk gm right? tap= doom frw /psn eq, with tele smite its alot harder but not imposibble

ofc i wouldnt even try to touch him when whirlin away , Ga from barb makes rly like no dmg or it will be like 30 min battle cuz of 8k+ hp w/o bo
