GM Melee druids do not need FRW and normally I would agree Cerebus > than vis circlet but in this case with 2 OS and 26 strength.... I think this wins

It's going suck because you need a lots of fhr.

at least with frw it has other use.

Ehh good luck. -_- Only way you can Actually hit 42 fhr is double shael it. -_- it won't do good vs furrys or concs lol or use bloodfist. -_-
