Yes i am certain. It would be 3 frame fury, but as a barb u can only feral rage.

I did this with feral rage.

Grief pb gives 4 frames

u know I don't play D2R so I'm not sure about any changes they made, I have some questions based on ur setup:
1. so does Feral Rage in D2R also use off-weapon IAS? cuz I saw u using those IAS gears, in D2 org if I use such a setup, the Frame is 5F, so I'm interested if blizzard really changed anything in D2R? (I know for this botd spike, the beast aura can brg it from 6F to 5F in D2 org tho)

2. have u tried to equip Grief PB on ur off-hand, so u can easier compare their speed difference?

But how do u verify that ur at 3 or 4, 4 or 5 frames?
Do you record it and count frame by frame?

And while we are at it:
A pb with warspike offhand is -20 wsm.
A war spike in both hands are -10wsm.

Secondary wep's ias has no effect.

Since ur already using botd. U can wsm bug. But it wont help.
If u use a beast ettin axe(145str req///10wsm)
Eth War spike botd (133 * 0,8 = 106 str req /// -10wsm)

(-10+10)/2 + (-10 - 10) = -20 wsm if bugged.

Still 4 frames even if u wsm bug them.

I found the possible reason for dual weapon problem in D2R, this guy gives the solution at the last 2nd reply, "hard status point", if this is true, then something like "100ias PB + Doom zerk for freezing" will work

People has been testing those weeks. For example, in assa:

how to do the auto wsm bug:
1. equip the faster claw first (i use the boots side)
2. equip any item/charm who will after the first claw provide enough requirements (+dex is the easiest stat) also the first claw can be that item just put a jewel to get +dex
3. equip the slowest gloves (i use the gloves side)

tl:dr first claw > item +dex > second claw

gt+sq 6 fpa laying traps only achiavable with auto wsm bug, you will need 37% ias from gear (including the main-hand weapon ias) with gt+sq auto wsm bugged + BoS lv31
