have you considered trying 3ma/20ias gloves + runic mosaic in offhand?

dtalon kick speed is only based off primary weapon and offweapon ias does not add, nor does base type on offhand influence dtalon speed.
40ias from gloves + suwayyah mosaic still puts you at 10/4 kicks, giving you that 4f followup you want.

your current setup with ias only from mosaics gives you 11f phoenix strike and 19frame (both claws) cot/boi speed.
using ias gloves and putting a runic or gt mosaic in offhand will speed that up to 10f ps and 15frame cot/boi

I suppose it doesnt matter too much once you are charged up and just jumping from pack to pack, but this will let you charge up faster, and does not compromise your 4f followup with dtalon.

so someone just pm'd me asking about my above post, and linked me to a maxroll showing 3frame kick bursts when using runic or gt offhand.
this is different from warren's ias calculator which shows 4frame kicks.

maxroll is known to have multiple errors in the character planner calculations.
guess this is one of them because warren's ias calculator should be accurate for this patch.

i also wanna mention , so the blessed aim idea, works like a charm, i will add it to the guide, i think that should be the endgame merc base
thanks for that, really helps vs dia and baal that was hard to charge from them

Another question I keep running into and asking myself while trying to perfect this build is how many kicks from Dragon Talon is most effective?

I have tried running 6/5/4 kick set-ups and have found that only putting a single point into Dragon Talon and having 4kicks is best for the ultimate end game geared build simply because your melting everything anyways. But prior to running conviction, I found the extra kick/or 2 helped.

*also noticed it’s not marked on the initial build guide as to how many points you run personally*

Yes, maxroll is great for gear, skilling etc.
Then on the side i use warren's ias calc.
For ar and damage, i use the base values, and the % values from d2planner, and then calc them myself in excel.

Another question with the charge ups:

Fist of fire:
Charge 1: Fire damage
Charge 2: Increase area of chage 1?
Charge 3: Same as charge 1, but add burn dmg? Or only burn damage?
My question is, does charge 3 also add effects of charge 1 and 2?

Claws of thunder:
Charge 1: Lightning damage
Charge 2: Nova damage
Charge 3: Charget bolt damage
Does theese stack? Or should u choose 1?

Blade of ice:
Does theese charges stack?
Like: Charge 1 = Damage
Charge 2 = Charge1 damage with cold radious?
Charge 3 = Charge 1 damage, charge 2 radius + freeze?

Pheonix strike:
Is it better to use charge 2? Or does charge 3 also have charge 1 and 2 effects?

Different frames. You want 4, not 3.

When you stack your charges, some of them have next hit delays that interrupt each other.

Lowering your attack speed, less hit delay issues which results ultimately in more damage sources hitting each target.

Maybe OP can shed some more depth on this, I have a very basic understanding of it, that being said I have built this every which way the community can imagine and has proposed in guides and this is what I’ve found most effective.
