The only other weapons I could think of that would also work and not be complete shit would be

These are all phaseblades
Lightsabre
Oath
Azurewrath with a low +dex
Kingslayer
Hand of Justice - would be hilarious with Dragon armor
Eternity
Crescent Moon

Lawbringer would have been awesome with the sanctuary aura and decrepify as a budget option, although it too grants 10 to dex. Death phaseblade would have been cool too but it has a Hel rune in it.

There are GoD made in cb, but they are even more rare these days
Do you really need 5 shaels to reach the break point? It would be nice to be able to use 4 and 2 jewels.

Would this bug also work with say a -15 req +9 strength jewel in the phaseblade, then use like a Edeath CB in the main hand?

Ty Dr for help us concluding this list, it would be super helpful for early ladder build, I tried several times Azurewrath glitch wolf barb whole game runs have to say it's one of more suitable wp of this build for Pindleskin.
Crescent moon's SF trigger also helpful.

I tried eth CB Death RW (eCS base cannot be used) for str glitch wolf barb b4, and yesterday I tried it again on US east, honestly, it's on the same level with dex glitch bear barb,
I mean if I tried it first I would say I love it, but since we enjoyed smooth dex glitch wolf barb first, hard to look back.
in early ladder, use Str bug wolf on Oath eth Barlog Blade is also a good option.

Correct me if I’m wrong, the idea is that you trick the game thinking that you have 5shael plus dex/low req PB but in reality you have Grief equipped? So you get ias from fast PB but the damage of Grief?

yes, in calculator set Barb - wolf form, wp - phaseblade, werewolf lvl - 7~9 (or just > 1), Skill - Feral Rage, u will see when 95%IAS on PB, 4F, 100%IAS on PB, 3F like the IAS Table said,

I made the dex glitch wolfbarb in singleplayer and it works great.

Yes basically like Supplement #2 said, u are correct, yes things work on Bnet work on single too, but some build nowadays may only work on single.
I'm not sure if they'll fix this on D2R, hope they won't

Lawbringer is awesome for sure, the Boxer / boxing barb glitch build I'm gonna write next needs Lawbringer as a core thing:
Lawbringer PB + Grief PB, use "Dex Bug" wear them and make them "in red", Frenzy skills, this glitch build is the only one that not lame in real PVP, I used it duel a lot on D2GA last year, super fast run speed, especially vs zons, decrepify + Grief dmg, and they all said they cannot see me during attack once I start, not sure how it will work on Bnet,
