There is one argument that makes no sense

Taurean claims the mods are corrupt and they don't do their jobs properly, don't do anything about his reports or care

i think multi is slightly better than strafe
about bower's build -> depends on budget
i like using WF with merc faith.
but might+pride merc works also

as a cheap build: mavina helm with 15 ias jewel + forti + loh + WT + nosfe + WF + 2x raven + cat eye (or using mavina trio

belt + gloves + helm. u loose 20 ias, but u get mass attributes and nice adds)

i have high dex build, works well:
