izParagonzi I've read some of your arguing about Phoenix and you should already notice some good players actually use SS on Chaos barbs and they do pretty fine. We can discuss about which one's better, but please stop your unlogical reasoning about "SS on a berserk barb = didn't read the berserk skill overview". Yes people know it. That for ~1,1s after using berserk defense is 0. But also, it's NOT zero (and it's fckn huge because of shouts) every other second besife 1,1s after AND 75% block remains all the time. Which yes, triggers block (duh...), but also lovers physical dmg 100% which tends to be helpful.
I'd really like this discussion to be about which gear/stat/strategy is better and not about who is stupid. Too many people are stupid, get used to it. And either using SS nor Phoenix isn't 1) "absolutely the best and only option), 2) "stupid stupid stupid for noobs" and 3) "you must be an idiot". Can we all grow up for a little while please? :) I'm sure we can. Thanks!
How many people are in your game when comparing your killspeed vs other build? Is it a full game where you get to kill everything without help from others?
You can not come to a major comparison when solo'ing and comparing, reason is simple, it is like a hot knife cutting through butter.
The reason I choose Pheonix is mainly for the 350% extra damage... 400 x 350% = 1400 minimum/maximum damage. Now with a 2handed weapon, the base weapon
damage is only calculated on the % ed from skills / stats and other gear. To me, 1400 added damage outwieghs your argument saying that SS is better, remember,
faster killspeed = more survivability... shit that is what everyone says right... btw... if you are using the Base 1 point Concentration more often than Berserk, then maybe,
maybe SS would be better, but then remember, the only time you are using Concentration is when engaging with Magical Immunes.
