To answer the question, no. You cannot exceed the maximum of 75% block no matter what. The amulet works the same way holy shield does, just a lower %

Seriously, I am glad I had stopped d2 for 3 years, is that guy posting bullshit like that since he registered on jsp? I couldn't have handled so many years of reading so much bullshit, bring back Ultima1 please.
