I have a friend w/ mb setup druid, and I have a longing to zerk him in this MB setup..

However, very hard to execute, unless I leap him out of summons blah blah, regardless, I'd prefer to just chain zerk lock him around,

BUT IT WOULD BE HILARIOUS/GG if when I goof up say, I could just 1x whirl him and get full bubble back from his wolves,

this is concept, nothing to do w/ relying upon things,

He forgot to approach LAEK mathematically.
Against BO'd summons, it's pretty effective. Unfortunately, if you're keeping pressure on him like you should, the first encounter will be the only time summons are BO'd and you haven't taken damage yet (hopefully) to heal back.

You could try Zerking summons to proc Life Tap. Unreliable honestly.
If you're having problems with a Druid, improving your play would be more effective than a life regeneration setup.
I will say dueling a block Druid is pretty gay on Barb, though. Also, if you're using Verdungos and dual HotO you'll have potentially 53 life replenish on swap if he doesn't offense at all.

Naw, he's pretty offensive,

just knows my style well, and lures my zerks into his nados

I probably should just stick to proper tri whirling while dodging, however I was really just iso a favorable method to troll him while maintaining a serious char.

Even 2x botdz would be gg, however w/ the 2x I lose zerk speed, but moreover messes w/ my build a bit
