am using atm with my hybrid Greater Talons / Greater Claws, because
requirements too high on elite fast claws. For hybrid the physical dmg
doesn't really matter especially when you haven't put any points in
claw mastery. With Ghost I prefer runics/feral for the dmg they add. It
shouldn't be hard to get requirements with ghost for claws, and even if
you need to add like ~15 dex it's still better than using exceptional
claws with ghost.


are you sure about this? unless i screwed up the difference shouldn't be more than ~10 damage or so after pvp-penalty, and ~5 with 50% dr. doesn't really matter since i wont get new claws but worth to think about...

ahah i lead anyway porky. imo the added flexibility (the 36 less dex required) is well worth the pitiful sacrifice in damage. with greater talons you could use angelics/wisps/dwarfs/whatever together with any other gear you want. kickass.

Maybe it's just me. But adding a psn facet will add psn dmg over x seconds correct?

Venom lasts over 0.4 seconds with ~1-2k on a ghostsin. (Not too sure about bramblesin)

Correct me if im wrong, but even 1 psn dmg over ~3 seconds will completely screw up venoms 0.4 second damage range.

All in all great guide though.

No, its the other way around.. all poison length's are reduced to 0.4 seconds. A 290 will deal only 11 psn dmg (without PvP penalty and resists).
The idea of using facets is the fact that they raise the damage done by the venom skill (so its not just simple +x).
