it's fine for tvt, no one seriously uses a foher in privs and blizzers are generally sub-optimal (also countered by 20/11s in stash, you don't need 100000 res all the time just for a semi rare character).

First off, its for priv duels and tvts when facing a foher which No decent team use ill slap ón the viper eye (63 more lr) and i Would replace some 322s for 20.11s and they are food

For the blizz its easy to ADD res via 20.11s (from a mule) or just go Dual raven but WHO play blizz anyway except for ep or so

u seem like u are rly retarded waste of time to keep talking to you In a gm 4v4 you know what team u play against before the duel happend, and in a random tvt u almost never see a blizz or a foh as its fail chars and if u do u still have setup to be able to play against them
