Im not really a zon person so idk the intricacies of different builds but unless it's an issue getting ias with a particular setup I don't see any reason why having 30frw would be worse.
you may be right though, I don't play zon. but I can tell you that the choice between regular hl and 08 doesn't have anything to do with try to go for minimum non-glitched frw.

yep its an ias issue, u cant get 95 ias with a gmb while still using fort without using cats/hl. If you have 5 frw scs, most ppl seem to agree hl > cats, but 08 hl requires u to use some ias armour which kinna sucks compared to forti build

As well as what he isn't showing you about where my comment came from and why I was correct to say it

Firstly, the truth about Busta's comment:
* Desynching only comes from FRW that is being used (off-gear) aka: vigor, charging, charms in your inv.
Desynching happens because the game only displays graphical movement accurately by the FRW on-gear
If you have FRW in your inv or off of a skill such as vigor or charge, the server does not display your movement incorporating this accurately
Over the course of let's say (10 seconds) it will display to other players in-game where you moved to as if you only had the FRW on-gear
But if you were using charge or had an inventory of 3% run SCs you are actually much further away or closer than the game is displaying to them
And the other players will unfortunately have to wait till the server properly identifies where you are and fixes it's display before they can see your actual position

Busta's comment is correct
Airwaves chopped and edited out the rest of his explination so that it would make him look stupid in this thread
What Busta meant is that by achieving more FRW on-gear rather than in your inv, you are decreasing the amount of desynch that you will possess in the end
