Use WF yourself and give faith great bow to your merc.

This for PvM




Do not use BOTD Bow, it's alot slower and deals less dmg than one would think

botd bow is a piece of shit

if your merc uses faith, get a windforce, it wipes the floor with botd (and with the monsters too).

Botd hydra bow 415% ed: 51-350 (200.5 avg)

Windforce with 40 ed jewel @ level 90: Two-Hand: 39-546 (292.5 avg)


The difference is huge! And you can reach the last ias bp with faith merc with wf so there's absolutely no reason to use botd bow.

not to mention WF gets knockback on the bow

allowing the option of something like laying of hands over KB Gloves = way more dmg in PvM

For you... change your hat out. Either get an andy's or a 120/45. Also get war travelers boots. You need 95 ias to hit 7 fpa with standard attacks, so if you can add a 40/15 jewel to WF and put on andy's, you'll hit the final bp with a faith merc. So I'd say get andy's with some nice 30 fire res / other mod jewel in it.

a cheap version of 45/120 helm would be mavs circlet with ias jewel. If you use strafe alot you should consider atmas amulet, the amp is pretty awesome. You'd need to swap your mercs helm for giantskull tho.

I was just thinking about atma's, don't know why I forgot to mention it. If you get atma's, make sure you make up the 20 ias somewhere. You could go andy's with an ias jewel, and a shael in WF. Or you could 15 ias mav's hat and keep the 40/15 in WF. But atma's is DEVASTATING...

Yeah. I'd rather use 15 ias (and ed) jeweled WF and 45 ias circlet, either mavinas or magical one with three ed/ias jewels.
