TienJe's guide is very detailed, but contains information that is slightly outdated (it was written in 2008). Also, it offers too much "choice" as opposed where new players can experiment and end up messing up their characters when some options are "clear cut" as to what to do for best results

This one is a much more updated guide with the times and offer a higher output of "actual" damage than what he had.

My Guide Stats:
Name: Oni
Lvl 99 Assassin

4.7 life/ 600 mana
~15k WW (fools), 6k+ ww (chaos)
4400 WW damage Max (Chaos), 3300 WW damage Max (Fools) - more physical damage
37% + 33% DS (items) + 23% DS (Mastery) = 78% effective total DS
Max resistance in Hell + 50% DR with Fade.
62% Claw Block
9 FPA trap laying speed with fade (even after arach slow)
65 FCR BP
27 FHR BP (48FHR optional)

TienJe Guide stats:
Name: Namelock
Lvl 92 Assassin

4.1k life/ 600 mana
7130 WW AR
4600Max (Chaos), 3200 WW Damage (Fury) - more poison damage
34% + 33% DS (items) + 23% DS (Mastery) = 75% effective total DS
Max resistance in Hell + 50% DR with Fade.

Can you not read?

I've tried it... in the end, you will not be able to out life a barb with shako (5k life)... because they get like 7k or so... however, with ~4.6k life with 35% CB and more DS, you will hit much harder and the CB will allow you to cripple opponents like barbs. the more life he has, the more CB will hurt. if ur not gonna use speed to win, then at least use power. dont use a build thats both slow AND weak just for a measly 400 more life or so

i've also tested in in sin v sin... i actually found that a 2sin/20fcr/30frw/60life circlet jah/jah only gave me 50life less than shako, but i was able to gain 30frw and 20fcr... regardless, gface still beat this in the end after much testing and debate

its kinda sily to compare lvl 99 vs lvl 92 stats when you are talking about guides and not just characters

That is true... but the 7 more levels will not change much besides a slight boost in life and %DS from highlords.

His build looks like it will max out at 61% claw block or so. As for the other gear choices etc, I have mentioned before that they were out of date (at that time not wrong, but not there are better choices).

This is just an upgrade. I am in no way claiming that his ghost is bad, just needs to get with the times.

Even you would have to agree that it looks good overall. (If not, Please post your input, i am always willing to try out theories to get the best for my character)

I dont use a fools, i use gores, and find 4.7k life overkill (i cant hit it with my gear anyways, i use more gcs) so I stat to a certain amount of life then pump dex. I end up with about 11k ar 3.72-4.37k dmg cruel claw and 3.42-4.44k gchaos dmg.

where is your fhr? i understand u use gores for its perks, but do you hit 27% FHR at least? also what % block and stuff etc... u know the ordeal xD

and what realm is this? I always look forward to pvping with good sins (from the looks if it, u have gclaws and such)

Im not talking about barbs.Its hard to impossible to beat a good one.

But...as u know (or do you ? ) 2 20 30 2 sockets circlets dont exactly grow in trees.And yeah , i value the 400 hp from Jah'd Shako more than the damage from gulli face.

Dont get me wrong.Its a great guide , i just dont like that gulli face as an option.
