I'm not sure that blade shield triggers life tap, altough it does trigger venom and others. If you can get high enough level, 1pt into it might be worthed it. Altough, don'forget that it's based on your weapon damage, which isn't high with last wish pb or fleshripper.

As for the shadow, maxing it is the only way you'll have a merc ever survive in tristram. That clone is your best friend and will keep alot of the attention off you!

I can't give you specific numbers as it all depends on the setup you decide to use.

Enough str for gear;
Enough dex for max block;
Rest in vita;
None in energy.

The amount of strenght and dex you need will change depending on the shield and the armor/weapon you go with.

Is 20 in Shadow Master really necessary? I feel like a few points could go into Lightning Sentry somewhere to boost her aoe killing ability outside the ubers.

Also, what's the best merc for this chick?

Would be interesting if there is any hybrid way. Like trapping for aoe and dtalon for bosses

If you would read the previous comments. Without 20 points in Shadow Master, it will die like no tomorrow in there. It's the only merc that can possibly survive in Tristram due to her insane elemental resistance. Also mentionned in other comments, the merc to use (out of tristram) is the A2 with might (if you don't have last wish) or the A2 Holy Freeze (nice AoE control and taking less dmg). Of course with regular equipments. You could also use a Faith rogue since you're always up front.

As for Lightning Sentry, it's not needed. Death Sentry does a way better job since your kicks will destroy any mob in front of you = corpse explosion = 5+ more corpse in front of you = more corpse explosion. It's a big chain reaction, the lightning doesn't have time to happen.




As I mentionned before, for a non-uber version of this build, take a look at the Rift-a-sin in the stickies. You won't get a faster AoE version of this build

ok i did uber but had major mana problems generaly in pvm had to use mandal heal ... my gear setup is this what can i change to improve it without big cost plz help .
