Nice guide. I use the almost the same items on my 200 fcr 95 es mana build sorc. she has 95 es (o rly? ) 3k mana 1.8 k life but only ~27 k dmg.
I will rebuild her with lifebuild but i will go for:
- Hoto 40 (resis, mana (cuz lightning = 50 mana or so))
- 2 light 20 fcr xx mana amu + soj (much more mana if your amu isnt gozu)

I wanted to use Ww's but sands > ww's because:
- 15 str/vita = 60 stats.

But if you use Ww's you miss the fhr and u will have to use 1 more light sk fhr
lets say you use light sk ~35 life u will lose 17.5 stats

so sands compared to ww's: 12.5 more stats if im right.
It also adds nice psn resi

U better use 20 life 5 res scs or something like this to stack against e.g. Foh.

5 fcr are very important imo! dmg is already enough, so u wont need 3
light sks. +1 from griffon also adds 1 in bo and 1 in warmth;)

edit: i forgot to say: 1 point in thunderstorm is a must! u will lose dmg but Ts is very useful with 200 fcr. E.g. against a bowama: it's difficult to hit her with lightning so u could cast Ts and just tele around her ^_____^ ( they will dodge but it works )

i dont understand i followed this guide completely all i got all the items and maxed all skills needed cept nova and chared bold and only do 21k dmg litning

With 20 fc amu, u don't need 2 fc ring, but just 2 bk which is godly using wizzy sock 7/9/9

u can't afford using wiz on a light sorc, that already due to his build with 200 fcr does low dmg, add a wiz to that will make u go way to low

a vita lighter lives on its massivly dmg, to just spam the hell out of anyone as it's a pretty fragile build if u can't handle it good enough

as an add to why TS is so important especially vs bowas is that, once ur thunderstorm hits him, and he have to dodge it u fuck up his desynch, meaning u can easier namelock him due to that an desynching char that is getting namelocked is stopped, and with a ts that makes him dodge and therefore stand still almost nulls his desynch in some cases

how much pts are you gonna need to use monarch with all these items,
156 str is high, and those items doesnt give a lot of str.

my only input would be never ever ever ever try this build in hc.
