yeah thats true, it adds dmg on screen but the dealt dmg is still the same:

Needed items to make people die:

Bow: Riphock (socet with Nef)
Helm: Blackhorn's Helm (socet with p Amethyst)

This gives 50% slow wich is max for PVP

Build can also be extended more:

Glows: Trangs *psn dmg
Belt: Nosferatus Coil *more slow for pvm +needed ias
Armour: Bramble (can be made in any armour within str req of WindForce) *boosts psn dmg and gives thorns aurora to ur valk and decoy*
Boots: MarrowWalk *use the built in charges when needed* gives str and dex (can also use Gore Rider for more Open Wound% but OW is nerfed for range so dont recomend this)
Amulett: Atmas (5% Chance To Cast Level 2 Amplify Damage On Striking)
Rings: Any Ravens

1# Switch: Windforce (for finishing kills when they are slowed and psned) *socet with Hel
2# Switch: Spellsteel *Level 3 Decrepify (30 Charges)* u will love this if ur playing vs non teleporting enemys ^^


This gives 9 fpa 2,7 attacks pr secons with Riphock (enough for townkills^)

Fill up inventory with psn charms of any kind, just make shure they have same timer on them, and if like any ama torch and anni.

Stats:
s: Depends on MarrowWalk, anni and torch (Highest needed is for WindForce)
d: rest
V: 50/100 (depends on personal preferense)
e: 0

Skills:
1 Guided Arrow
5 Multishot
20 Valkyrie (killer when maxed ^^)
20 Decoy (gives life to valk)
20 critical strike (makes valk hit harder)
20 Penetrate (gives Valk more ar)
1-5 Dodge (makes it harder to hit ur valk)
1-5 Avoid (makes it harder to hit ur valk)
1-5 Evade (makes it harder to hit ur valk)
5 Slow Missile (rly bugz all casters ^^ and make em more ez to kill)
1 Pierce

This gives with pre reqs either 98 or 110 skill pnts needed

Can be completed with 98 skill pnts @ lvl84
Or Maxed with 110 skill pnts @ lvl94 (wich is hardly not needed ^^)


PVP:
Basic strategy will be camping in town trying to cast slow missile and summoning Valkyrie.
Try to use guided arrow or Multishot when players are 1 screen away from town to slow/psn them. This will make them come at u fast, just run inside town and put out a decoy and valk for them to figh.
If u slow up anyone u can try to finish them with WindForce, just try to have ur Valk fighting them.
Remember to always cast decoy and Valk cuz its a lifesaver.

PVM:
Leech in baalruns, remember to cast decoy for protection.
The Valk can tank any monster. Just be aware of iron maiden *re cast when needed.
