Inv with anni, torch, best lifer sks (and one fhr sk if not using sandstorms) you can get, best life/res scs you can get..

And as mentioned in start, these are extreme budged chars, nn any whine about them..

125fcr and 86fhr, and quite easily maxed res. Lowish DR % tho, but you got bone armor.

For pubs, would you say max block nec or vita?

With that build (and that budged), vita ofc.

And yes, exactly those skills. If you want, you can stat less in bone prison and take decrephify, lower resist and so on... Your dmg will suffer few hundred from ~5.4k tho. But that is mostly if you get annoyed by some ppl, so you can bm them with decre/iron maiden/whatever, or help your team with lower res (if you are in one..)

I dont know much about necs, but 5.4k dmg, isnt that a bit low?

its decent, < 4.5k is where you can start calling it low
