Well I have plans on testing a Fools legend build on ladder. IMO if you choose to go with fools, the best option is a legend sword for the -10 base. Yeah the damage is down a little, but attaining 9th frame only takes 75ias, which opens up a lot of possibilities for builds. You could go with a balrog blade, but even then I believe Ebotdz to be more effective, unless its INSANE 40ias/eth rep/high ed/ 2os/ etc. Highlands aren't bad either with the -5 base.

The build I have in mind is as follows:

I think it will come out to a very well rounded build, with ar around 30k (which isn't too high for a concer) Damage around 6k, and Defense around 50k.

We'll see how it goes
