ok man that is nice theory, but Grief has no mods on it that are good for ubers.

Also the damage on grief makes little difference.

CB is what is killing ubers. Not smite dmg.

LW has 60-70% CB

Grief does not.

u have to remember though dracs + duress ow makes up for regen

Lets see. We farmed about 100 torches in the first couple weeks of the ladder.

1) treachery proc works. It is a pain in the ass. Sometimes it doesn't proc at all, and you must go to the other fire. Sometimes it procs immediately. Sometimes it takes 3 minutes.

2) a LT wand is for those that are desperate. You do not want to use a LT want unless you have too. The radius on the LT will suck. You are dealing with minions attacking you, along with the uber...

3) grief does not do huge dmg. you should have 95% CB. Not 75%

Fade LT Might CB > just dmg.

True, but OW doesn't work with smite, you'll have to zeal them once for it :)

Good setup, if you don't mind the annoying ctc from tgods. I'd go with strings.
Also, 1 raven is enough, dwarf/wisp for the other slot.
HL > Rising.

grief isn't better.

grief has a higher smite dmg.

LW is better. You can't say "you can use treachery to get your fade" because at the point that you do that you are then comparing LW to Grief + treachery....

LW is better for ubers hands down.
