Hehe... Duels for the win. My FB/ES/MB sorc is teleporting baalruns, and every above simple DII player will manage to dodge and shoot Fireballs at the enemy's direction. Especially if they're stationed like the Skeleton Archers who are basically crash test dummies.

LOD. The Frigid Highlands is where I learned where to aim at. I spent about 2 Hours a day practicing my aim and different FCR set-ups. I really like the 105 FCR because it is easy to control, and you

yes. it's not hard to find an FB sorc. just go in a pub game and find a good FB sorc, befriend her, and duel privately to work on your skills.

And yes priv FRIENDLY 1v1's are the best way to improve playing

As for how to improve your aiming, play private, friendy 1v1's.

Or, if you have other character that rely on namelock (Bvc) (Necro in nvn) playing them helps very much.
