Bone armor, kinda handy, but with the plus gear, torch and anni, you get a better bone armor off one point then you do on the armor here and since its a pe req anyhow your not even saving any points. Being that Bearform lasts roughly 5 mins , you'll be reshifting regularly so recasting bone armor isnt a big deal. ( I usually reshift and bone armor after large packs as I'm walking to the next one)
level 10 bone spear ctc. 15% isnt to high, but its still a decent amount. Fully syngergised this yields 594-646 Given the fairly low proc rate and the 100% on your brand bow its not adding anything your not getting better elsewhere anyways. (would lower ctc overide the higher one potentially losing the level 18?)

I'd put that under the flavor to taste option. The 15% wont happen enough to keep it up reliably , as such I advise to recast between packs as your walking.
