frenzy is better skill for early on, you have double swing available at clvl12 that is much more useful than using bash/stun/concentrate untill you can finally get ww at clvl30 only to succumb to its negative enhanced damage and huge mana costs
frenzy only needs 1 fast weapon while ww needs 2
frenzy works with CTC on strike/attack, allows you to use potions durring, allows you to target a single monster and always stay in range of it, has higher +%AR modifiers, allows you to easily switch between warcrys, low mana cost and double swing option allow for easier fights vs mana burns, and overall easier to use
however,trying to compare frenzy and ww is like comparing charged strike and lightning fury, they both have their advantages in certain situations, it depends on how the monsters are laid out, how many, and how strong they are
