Increased high rune drop rate. IMO lite sorcs or javas are gonna become the new hdin. Especially w/ no more im. Infinity merc ftw. Also I kinda hope they didn't fix the dupe our dupers use. I can't live w/o my duped jewels :(

You can actually use an A2 Merc @ Chaos now making A1/A3/A5 even more useless. A1/A3 actually had some use with IM going around. Oh well.
