Liberator is Hammer/Charge.
Vanquisher is Hammer/Smite/Charge.

Dungo has 10% Fhr. So the fhr sc isn't need(unless if you switch to a tgods/snowclash).

Use grief as main weapon. 75% fcr breakpoint
charms with stacked res.

Grief is such an overpowered insane weapon that it really requires no hard skill points to give a liberator a deadly charge/smite.

That's why this build is popular.

this is not a libby guide a libby is a hdin with maxed charge and he does not use smite but then again people like to change stuff
