you know unless the lame-cheese over done hammerdin is packing an inventory full of skillers, This riftasin kills faster then the hammer cookie. Bosses go down faster because her damage with the traps and kicks and FO is higher and she carries cb. Death sentry pwns packs. So if your cowing for example Riftasin > hammerdin.


Dont get me wrong hammers are "great" my hammerdin on hcl is 93, but he's boring to play and seldom faster. (chaos and im in throne is about the only place) Since every other noob is on a hammerdin, I prefer going with something a little more unique. Plus I like using more then 2 options for my game play. spam hammer on left click , tele and aura on right doesnt do it for me.

This guide is brilliant, as an assa fanatic this is just what I'v been searching for. I itend to build this now , wish me luck seems like it could be quite a task gettin all perfect gear.. but I'm game : )

Wow very original. I might try this out later. I just spent 3k on a necromancer so It wont be till I sell some stuff.

One thing I dont like about it (and I'm not arguing that there's a better option) is the headhunters glory.... ofc jmod would be an excelent option but right now I think theyre just over 600fg apiece.... I was looking at other shield options and I just cant see another good one if ur looking for damage. LOL if only sins could use the Griswolds set shield THAT would be badass.

One other thing I might change (just to try it) would be a doom merc rather than infinity. You see....

Infinity works on 100% efficiency to monsters that have up to 99 resist. For monsters with 100% resistance or greater conviction works on 20% efficiency, thus lowering monster resistance with 15%. This will break most lighting immune monster, but leaves them at a high resist (minimally 100-17 = 83%). Some monsters have a lightning resist greater then 117% and are unbreakable by the infinity aura.) I can only assume infinity doesn't remove a monster's immunity to cold very often (if at all) Correct? At least with doom you have that solid -60 enemy res for bosses. Just a suggestion so correct me if I'm wrong.

Wrong.

The -% res only works for the merc, so it's useless.

Infinity offers -% res for your cold damage, your lightning damage from traps and your fire damage from CE. In addition, you lower the def which can be useful.
