Yes but for some odd reason it won't let you roll certain sin skills on claws, LS being one of them.

It makes the weapon superior/rerolls durability/ED/AR/staff mods.

EDIT:I didn't know you couldn't roll LS

yea, i actually totally forgot about that...but have tried it.

i'm sooooo tired right now.

yeah i tried and tried and no LS. But, as long as he uses donated money to make better servers, more power to him.

oh he doesn't...he uses a 70$ server and says its a really expensive one.
