wow lots of responses here. I'll do my best to answer them all the best I can here:
@Wuben: I am not arguing with you or trying to say your ideas are bad. I am just saying that your ideas don't fit in well with my build. If you go without block and go for pure vita, then you WILL without a doubt need the DR from CoA because you won't be blocking anything at all. I have seen the CoA no-block builds before and I prefer mine over it. All of the points you are arguing are valid but are for the CoA druid, not for mine

@Username: you are arguing points with Wuben when he is talking about a different build altogether and I'm not sure what you are really talking about.
@og_loc_resurection: I don't have as much dueling experience with a windy as you so any dueling tips that you add are helpful and unless I can prove otherwise, I won't argue with your points (which all seem valid to me). Interesting idea on the 60% block.
@jesus: thanks, I am glad to see the positive response this has gotten.
@GIFF: somewhere on the b.net forums there is a CoA druid guide, if you like his ideas you should check it out, its a very good non-block build, it just isn''t for me though.
@xepolite: I'm glad you are around to always challenge me. Biggest problem for a Wind Druid is a WW-sin and your cyclone armor does nothing for Poison Damage. Also, dueling a good fireball sorc w/o max resist is not fun. Cyclone Armor will absorb around 2800 damage which is pretty much 1 blizaard or 1 lightning. It always has 0 resistance regardless. If you have to sacrafice I would say skimp on the lightning/cold resist, but don't skimp on the Fire/Poison.
@voyaging: Thank you for your compliments. I wouldn't go that far though. I'm just a guy sharing some knowledge. I actually only finished it when I did because I got sooo many PM requests for it.
There, I think I did my best answering them and I think I got everything. Thanks everyone for the positive response and constructive criticism.
