well i would use a mighter as a merc

because there are few monsters that cannot be frozen and if the monsters are too hard on your merc.. use tk to push them away and he is the faster immune-killer with might

Hmm, well this has been done before, but since it is your first time, then it is ok. Remember these are only suggestions, not a knockdown, and if they have been mentioned before, then disregard them.

1. If you are going to use a 35% FCR spirit, i would suggest you change your nagels to 2x 10% FCR Rings with good mods and some mf to retain the mf%
Reason: this will ensure that you reach the 125% FCR breakpoint for you when using Glacial Spike for hoards and using Static on Bosses (or immune cold hoards).

2. I personally like Isted armor, wpn and helm for this type of build if being mf, or I will add Strength items into them so that I have more points into Vita.

3. Single (just about pure) casters can be limited to a few areas in Hell, so I tend to have hybrid builds more than anything.

I would personaly use an offensive merc from whatever place u get the might one, with this setup all cold imunes will die rather fast, left are all the other nasty monsters that are cold imune i think the might boost of your mercs dmg is more usefull than slowing down monsters that will die soon anyways and they can be chilled down by other spells as well
