i just wanted to say if your having trouble catching up to casters you could put a wizzy spike in the other hand for faster cast rate
it also adds reisist and mana
you could also um it for some open wounds

nice build ive always liked ww barbs but i just dont think they are as strong as the other types of barb's out there

160/60 isnt as effective as it used to be

Id go with Duress or CoH, my friends barb with 400% Ebotd uses Duress against enigma barbs and usuallly comes out the victor
Anyway,
WW barbs are probably the most flexible PvP Barbs
Usually WW barbs>Conc barbs, there are some ocassionally skiled conc barbs, but most conc barbs lose to ww barbs >.<
