Depends on your playstyle

pure offensive style: All in Damage + 105 fcr + ~15k dmg + over 2k hp
offensive style with little defensive: all in damage + 1ES from cta + 105 fcr + 15k dmg + 1.9k hp 1,9k mana

little block + damage: jmod + 65 fcr + 18k dmg + block from jmod + over 2k hp
max block + ES: 105 fcr + ~10k dmg + 1,2k hp + 1.8k mana
little block + ES: 105fcr + 12k dmg + 1.2k hp + 2k mana

These stats are what i remembered from old times with self bo

Would Hustle armor + 1 point to Blaze be viable? hit and run

To much damage lost, and massive mana lost.
Could work, but you do not need this playstyle. Ur asking to get hit often even though you are tanky while running.
