Oh lol didn't notice does he want pub pvp then? Would be a completely diff setup for pubs.

I'm not entire sure about it. You don't really need non tap just slap exile for pubbing. XD

100% agree cuz base on some test duel me vs neutralman lvl 95 vs lvl 97 bad charm vs good charm. ive beat down him with my pala vis even though i was shorted in charms, but i got a lil more chance then his goddest high def vis. My zeal got 6.5k damage, 27k ar, 55k, and 3.3 k life. i wanna see some good shako/cc vs me soon ^^

C/c is only good with ar/life/maxers though.
