1) if fools is on primary after wsm, u'll get first hit with the boost (aka fools hit) but not the other one. however u hit first with fools so higher chance to hit when u ww through them

2) yea thats correct however, thats just confusing in words.... just do it and see the difffering i speed for yourself

ias stack is of use vs clay golem. also you should be dclawing (or normal attack if you dont have dclaw) necs if possible. hefty damage is nice, chop chop dead.
idk.. I'd use claw damage vs all 3 of those opponent types you listed. hammerdins it takes some practice but Im used to ghost (1point ls/wof) vs them so I find whirl to be useful.
