yeah its the amp, it out weighs the str mod. I have never seen a cruel + demon + amp mod weapon. And you want it on the fastest base weapon like a mancatcher

I really wish the proc rate was higher & the Amp Dmg was level 10-ish to cover a large area.

The actual chance to roll with these mods is only 1/200k though, better than some of my visio dream circlets (1/10 mil).

Just gota find an army of peeps to imbue 200k eth 1h elite swords O_O

Yeah that's the other option, haven't spread sheet any of this out, though I do like consistent damage more than non consistent, considering trav hp is low enough that you can 1 shot minions without DS procing.
