Also, how are you getting over 140 frw with your setup? titans on switch instead of cta?

well you wouldn't use ss now would you?

mb is always a bonus, some chars are casters and they use melee attacks

I also noticed that you won't be hitting 95 ias while using the tele ammy..

Build was done on nl with boots with 20fhr and sc's with 5% frw

It gives you more damage then using SS. You need the Jmod vs other characters and it isn't really worth having another specific 20/20 shield to use vs casters.

What alternatives would you suggest for ladder?

You would need to get your fhr from charms. It would be a tossup of less life or less frw.
