Tbh i'd really just take a venture at a matti bow build if you're gunna go vit. Also gives you more room for 50% dr, CTC Amp*The main killer* and swappable gear for extremely high resists. (40/15 kiras, etc) all the while still pulling out that 7 fpa with amp and 3.5k+ dmg.

Spart has tried much of what u said and it looks better on paper than in action. The only thing i may change about this build or attempt is trying out a diamond bow faith and see how that does.

yeah just like you said, swapping your gear in between every duel sounds like a fantastic idea on paper. But after about 10 minutes of doing this you'll find yourself deciding to rebuild.It might be feasible in a 1 vs 1 private duel but in a pub game where your hostile to 7 other people who aren't going to wait for you to run back to your stash to trade gear it just doesn't work.


I duel Sorrowfulhatred's (Luke) zon all the time. We usually do about 50/50 as far as the win ratio goes. If he uses slow missle it usually ends up in both of us running around until someone gets bored or runs out of arrows.

I was not impressed with mat, the dmg is to low, even the extra speed doesnt make up for it. It almost never trigger a fhr animation on people since it wont take 1/12 of their life away. Also it requires a hell of a lot of dex and this zon has her points in str and vita. The GMB takes advantage of the already high str so there are no wasted points. If you want to try a mati go for it i encourage everyone to be creative and dont just copy off this build or any others. The most important thing is to creat a character that matches YOUR playing style, not someone else.

great guide

Ok, after further examination of this guide I have come up with a few questions. I started off with a bowazon, glass cannon. It kind of sucked I had a shael'd wf and titans/ss on switch. I could kill most that couldn't block but I was hopeless against nicely built barbs, pallys, druids etc. I also lost to tele javazons(tele cs and I was insta fucked). So I decided to make a hybrid zon with more emphasis on the java side of things, I put most into vita, very little into dex. I was basically a tele cs zon with a bow. I used a CTA ofc(cta in stash xD) and it performed a lot better than my glass cannon. Bow was used to knockback and hit from afar, and once an enemy appeared in my screen I tele cs'd them and they would usually die in a couple hits. Most bowazons were no problem, certain pallys still hard to kill but it fared a lot better than my bowazon. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't beat a trapsin because my bow didn't do enough damage and I couldn't get close to poke with cs.

Now i've decided to make a pure vita bowazon, my question is will it do shittier than my hybrid zon? As I barely ever lost to a bowazon, id just tele and namelock them with cs = no chance for pure bowa. The only reason I can see this build doing better is the fact that it packs more of a long ranged punch, but id imagine anyone who could tele would rape this build. Your opinions on this? Im currently thinking of ditching the fort and putting an enigma on instead.

I use this zon and i own the best hybrids on east, but they also own me. So its like 50/50. The gear only takes u so far. Skill is what u will really rely on to duel. This zon can take a hit, but if u dont know how to move around with the zon and fire at the right times or nl, then u can have 100000 life, ur still gonna suck if u dont know how to play with it.

How well do you fare against those with shields? With my Hzon I just switched to java and used cs.
