I'm not sure with that combo, but the one I said is : 5xShael 1xEth PB + Doom zerk,
that's a build asked by a guy, he wants a D2R Über barb wolf that's budget, super fast, high CB, froz target, amp dmg ..... so I provided this one and tried it on D2R, but not matter what I tried, the wolf only attack with Doom zerk,

But maybe that's my fault, maybe I missed to read any new game mechanics they upgraded in D2R?

Mmm maybe it's something about the -req in doom? It's broken in some things.

but another build works:
5xshael 1xeth PB + Lawbringer PB, 60%CB, atma dmg amp, Lawbringer for aura stun Über Baal'd annoying Mana drain summons, it works pretty good.

I found that there is an EIAS cap on d2r.
Its 200.

This basicly means a druid can never obtain 2 frames fireclaw.
A crossbow (-60 wsm):
Need 100 wep ias + 230 ias for 2 frames as a druid bear.
Eias: 181

As a wolf with 73 SIAS, 100ias demon machine.
He reaches 200eias at 55 ias.
And he still dont reach 2 frames.

I tried:
120ias pb with whatever possible adds. (19 FramesPrDirection)
120ias giant tresher with whatever (17 frames pr direction)
Even at 1500ias that polearm wont reach 2 frames as a bear and is still below 200 eias.
As a wolf eias maxed out at 200 with theese wep at:
108 skill ias, 140ias, 120 ias gt.
108 skill ias, 10ias, 120 ias pb.
Bow is as fast as druid fists(15) :
5 sox 0 wsm bow:
100ias bow, 295 offhand ias is 200eias and dont reach 2 frames.

But if i had a 6sox pb with 5shaels in it.
And if i were able to trick my character to think he hits with fists, but benefit from pb stats and wsm.
Then i would as a wolf:
Reach 2 frame fireclaw with 0 extra gear ias, but fana merc and decent high werewolf level. (108 skill ias)

A wolf with 40 offhand ias would only need 96 skill ias.

As a bear with fana merc (33 skill ias)
Would need 125 offhand ias.


So, i tried:
1. Wand offhand: 9dex
2. Stat to 136 dex with wand(and ofc 25str).
3. Swap to other side, and equip a 30str/30dex charm to place my pb.
4. Pb is 100ias/9dex.
5. Take off charm.
6. Pb turns red... But its not in use..

Do i do this wrong?

Do i need a shield to give pb dex to carry pb?
Any tips?

The frames pr direction means a lot.
Assa bear reach 1 frame with 200 eias exactly. But d2r cannot handle 1 frame attack, so i need to drop down to 2 frame to hurt them xD else the attacks are fake xD

but have u tried WSM?
I tried Frenzy barb with stone crusher LM + PB Grief in D2R, and LM (gloves) + PB (boots) faster than reverse place, or this is the default mechanics of Frenzy skill?

Frenzy only care about main wep ias adds + gear.
It does however consider wsm as usual. You need to auto wsm bug for it to work

I haven't tried anything yet. Prices still crazy for me
