its useful for bva since u can get block setups etc but overall ur using archnid 80% of the time in which case this belt goes wasted unless u can afford some godly 2baba/30% frw/life or/dex/str 2 soc circ..

And stat builds are nearly non-existant since a window + forti setup offers little to no benifit vs decent chars + it costs mobility as well (not worth it in the long run) since widow on enigma is not enough to scare a 4.6k-5k hp pala/ w maxblock and max pdr...

BB is mostly useless. It might serve as an alternative pub setup or a TvT setup. But anyone who uses BB as their primary belt is wrong. Still not really worth the price.

Stat builds are kinda worthless. I still have my barb a 63/57, as that's how I made him. The str is kinda useless though, don't use forti. I like Widow though. It's not just about the OW; you can also trigger LT with it. And trust me, killing a paladin after you trigger LT with a freaking bow is awesome. And 1v1ing hammerdins without widowmaker is boring anyway, because they always get the option of camping in hammers while you really don't have a defensive-offensive option at all.

Depends on the player imo but overall the smiter is better since smite cannot be blocked

Yes but smiter can also telesmite.

You can win as smiter but overall barb will win. It's just the fact it's hard to predict synch and you have low range + barb whirls fast. Hdin v barb is basically the same as svb, except hdin got more range and massive damage in his attack so the duel is an advantage matchup.

how do you desynch as barb? I have 50 str club on switch, anni/torch +40 str, wearing great hauberk enigma, I can see my char is str bugged on my second screen but I move around and the opponent screen doesnt show me desynching

the usual way, str bug frw items and make long WW's

you can only desynch if you whirlwind? And I'm pretty sure I'm str bugged because can't see gh enigma appearance on opponent screen. nothing else on my barb has frw cept gore riders which I have upp'd to str bug as well.
