hmmm may have to re-evaluate my zvz build...

i think im going to try out:

Rare Zon Circ 2 skill, 30 frw, life, dex, ect with 2x 40/15 jewels
Shaft (what socket? ber, 30 max or maybe a dol rune?)
Diamond Faith
Dungos, travs, 2/20 gloves, cats, raven, rare ring, ect...

I wouldn't recommend a shaft build for a diamond bow. The damage output will suffer quite a lot.

what would you recommend for zvz with a diamond bow if the use f fort is not allowed? the only other option i was thinking would work would be an 08 gaze and jewelers socketed with 2x 40/15s and then two of the best rare jewels i could get my hands on.

Get avoid to 70%

1 point into lb
1 point into valk
1 point to fury

Play around with your circlet/sockets/armors until you're set on one.

The only time I ever recommend the use of faith diamond is if you have an 08 lords lying around.

I've tried: shaft + shako + dia -> tons of life but no damage out put.

shaft + 120-45 30 frw + dia -> better damage but of course useless ias lying around.

I've never taken a liking to faith diamonds and have not explored enough to tell you what's going to work. I'd be tempted to try: shako (ber) + 2x 40-15 2x ber 100 life dusk + dia to give you 49 dr with bow out and lots of life/passive skills.

But all in all, whatever build you choose, you're going to beat who you're going to beat with any setup. zvz is funny that way as you know

@titanboo - lb is lightning bolt. fury is lightning fury. multi is multiple shot.

friend is currently trying out that last setup you listed on the east nl bow ladder, so we'll see how that works out

i love diamond for zva as it allows for more resists/life/ect, but yeah im starting to think for zvz i may have to go back to gmb. Whats your take on the 08 gaze + GMb + 60/160 setup?

thats the oldest zvz build probably (of course you'll have to replace faith with 08 wf). You can never go wrong with that build

haha yeah i remember when that was gaze/wf was the ONLY zon build. Sounds like its still relevant though, been a looong time since ive done any zvz
