Two glitches I didn't see you mentioning in the guide, which cripple the build a bit (but its still viable, just not as badass as it looks):
1) Double throw is glitched
2) Throwing mastery is glitched

Points into double throw are fucking worthless, because the +% AR bonus is not actually added at all; the points in the skill add nothing. So you should repost your guide without the "14 double throw" recommendation for that alone
So your attack rating is actually MUCH lower than it appears in your character display
The character screen miscalculates your damage by multiplying your total physical damage by your throwing mastery a second time, when in actuality, it doesn't do that for your damage; it is misdisplaying your total damage. So if you had +200% damage from double throw and 9000 damage displayed on your char screen, you're really doing 3000 damage. Divide your physical damage by the +% on throwing mastery to find out your *real* damage.
So both your damage and AR are much lower than they appear

yeah, ar glitch is pretty big one, quite many wasted points there
the other one is worth mentioning as well, but as guide maker leveled to 99 with this build it works even with lower dmg so doesnt really matter that much

After doing some research, the LCS throw damage bug is legit per amazon Basin testing. Quick rule seems to be to subract a third of listed damage to get --some-- idea, or to use a weapon damage calc like this one. http://diablo3.ingame.de/tips/calcs/dmgcalc/dmgcalc.php?patch=110&lang=eng

The attack rating bug that affects Amazon ranged attacks, does NOT seem to affect Double-Throw, though there are many posts saying it does. I found a post somewhere about a guy who tested it against a Sorc with known defense, and results were consistent with the attack rating being applied. I stupidly didn't bookmark it, though, and I'll be durned if I can find it again.

This is consistent with the fact that Morholt would have definitely noticed if his already admittedly marginal chance to hit was not receiving the huge, huge AR boost that 14 hard points and +to skills gear would have given him. Damage is pretty easy to miss, since he's at "way more than sufficient", but an AR swing that huge is definitely noticeable by a human over that much time.

If anyone finds that link again for me, I owe them a cookie.

Also: I had heard that throwing a weapon while Iron Maidened can cause the deadly IM damage if you're within melee range of your target. Can anyone confirm/deny? I'm an HC barb, so this is pretty thoroughly non-academic....
