If you have a chaos suwayyah, you'll have to settle for WSM bugging. Put the chaos suwayyah above gloves. As for the fools claw, you'll need a Runic Talon or Feral Claw. If you have a RT, you only need 19 IAS after WSM bugging. This is easily achieved with a 20 base IAS fools claw or a highlords. As for FC, you need 42 IAS total after WSM bugging. Get a 30+ base IAS claw and a 15/15 in circ or a highlords. Those options give you 9FPA trap laying.

with that setup you are forced to use a highlords OR keep 10frames

for you "standard" setup, NEVER put the ias jewel in your helm because you wont be able to get max dr. (however, if you want to keep 10 frames regularly and then have a 9 frames on with a ias jewel in helm vs non physical damage dealers, thats ok too)

Well it's either that or have 12 FPA trap laying. Your choice.
Besides, the IAS jewel in helm is only used for FC setup.
And it's not that bad. You don't always need 50 DR.

Well the way I see it is that if you're using FC it's for extra phys damage, so you may as well be using HL at the same time. It's a shame that FC+Highlord's is 3 ias off the 63 ias bp vs slow though. :(
