The strat works just fine.. by placing the bear to distract traps, it gives you the split second you need to jump the sin. Or drain the charges out of the traps.
9/10 sins love to trap camp and are waiting to spam MB via NL, so they do forget to recast frequently, and if even if they do recast.. the idea is to catch them with their pants down casting traps so it's more likely you can telestomp them to death before you get MB'd.
