Get them to chase after you and throw random light fury and once they stop casting traps after you, teleport back on them before they cast. If they are just sitting in their traps then find someone else to duel.

I also find them pretty tough to beat because of fade+weapon block

And yeah, a lot of times they sit by their traps and just spam mb.
