Well nec's a bad example because of BoS, but I think even a small speed difference is immense (Hence why I disliked Spart's first idea of a 8 fpa Bowa), the only reason I don't use more ias is because 9 fpa is max or else I would. Also 2x gclaws forces you to use Valk which is

Vs Necs I prefer a high ED 2os Suwayyah over gFury anyway.

i use valk on my ghost + highlords to stack ias + 2x gclaws

circlet is nice, but i really like valk it allows me to use highlords + 1 sorb ring and still keep my 65fcr and easily gets 48fhr bp

Also I can still use a wisp on my circlet ghost it just means you take off Raven lol.
