You know for this 142 fcr breakpoint, its still 11 frames overall, its just u cast on the 6th frame instead of the 7th frame ( so u cast on the same frame u would with 163 fcr ), the difference is you spend 1 more frame in the " post action frame state ".

142 fcr is an actionframe bp, which means you cast one frame faster but spend 1 frame extra in cooldown state. It's not a good solution >.>

i never died to a barb that didnt mod or have 20 buffs from every char that buffed

definately not vs a wwsin but vs other types it works well imo

i never modded, but surelly i had 3x buffers

but here-if you are looking for max life /damage-1.08 bk ring has 20 boable/oakable life which is alot for a druid

Yeah it's definitely an upgrade from 99 fcr, but my point is that it's not really a viable solution, especially vs chars you have to stomp. Having an extra frame of lag after you teleport on top of someone is really bad it just lets them upspear you etc.
