He is talking about the A3 merc wearing Fort, not the A5 merc.
And if your merc uses Phoenix it would be good, your not going to use that runeword anyway.

I realize he was talking about the A3 merc. I still think that Using Fort would cause him to have too much damage.
For the Phoenix I was talking about the Redemtion aura that comes with it. Because usually after clearing one of the seals i put that on for about 3-4 seconds for a recharge.

why would a casting a3 merc be affected by forti. anyway since a3 merc casts chilling armour anyway, but anyway I agree nn for forti or phoenix. better to use redemption urself.

He wouldn't at all. Just saying if he did decide to go up and sword smack something he would be in trouble. Also why GAngel? He would get even more stacked res & DR with CoH. He'd also get +20 str so he could have more helm or shield possibilities.
